I'm not a tactile person on my scroll wheel. Since i've used the hyperscroll i can't use anything else. But, i decided to try this one from all that ones on the market and that's a purposeful decision. I've been an ergo person for a very long time and the Ambi mice just didn't capture my attention. I didn't know if I would like this mouse because it looks weird with it's unconventional design, but i can look pass it due to the comfort. Such a great compliment to the wireless mouse aspect! Keeping the powerplay pad plugged in creates a never ending powersupply as well. And when it does need a charge, the convenience of powerplay wireless charging means you can stay in the game while your mouse tops up. The G903 boasts impressive battery life, comfortably powering through lengthy gaming marathons. Whether you're sniping from a distance in an FPS or selecting units in an RTS, this mouse has you covered. Its high DPI range and adjustable sensitivity settings provide pixel-precise targeting and tracking across different games and styles of play. Precision is another area where the G903 excels. This attention to comfort, alongside the device's lightweight build, makes it a joy to use, game after game. It's ambidextrous too, making it a great choice for both left and right-handed gamers. The G903 is sculpted to perfection, fitting comfortably in the hand for extended gaming sessions. No more tangled cables or compromised performances – this mouse delivers lightning-fast responsiveness that never skips a beat.Įqually impressive is the mouse's ergonomic design. This advanced wireless functionality offers a latency-free experience that rivals, and at times surpasses, its wired counterparts. I am recommending the G900 because mine took 3.5 years to fail on me and from my reading on the subject it seems like the reliability issues plague the newer models more - but this is just my anecdotal experience. The star of the show is undoubtedly the LIGHTSPEED technology. The G900 is also about $70-$80 so you'll save some dough. If you really want to go wireless but don't necessarily need the wireless charging, 16,000dpi Hero sensor, or up to 180hr battery life of the G903 Hero then I might consider the original G900 as the battery life is still pretty good (32+ hrs with all lights off, which you won't want to leave on as your palm covers the RGB lit 'G' logo anyway), still a great sensor up to 12,000dpi, and very fast and responsive.

I will update if/when double clicking occurs on this new mouse - hoping for the best. The G903 Hero was discounted today to $100 instead of $130 as it was a few days ago or its even higher $150 MSRP so I bit the bullet and ordered one. I contacted Logitech support and they told me they can't do anything as I am 1.5yrs out of warranty (manufacturer warranty is 2yrs). I was using the G900 almost daily for the past 3.5 years and the double click issue only started happening this past week (and only on the right mouse button which I do not click as often as the left mouse button 🤔). I know I'm a bit late to this thread but hopefully 3 months isn't too late. some f the elements inside the buttons are no stronger than tin foil. And I've just bought the G502 lightspeed for home.īasically all I've said is take care of your gear, and dont slap the button and it will last. It even has gone to high school with me EVERY day for 2 years and will continue to do so. (crushed the dome that activaIites the button when I dropped firewood on it, as I use a laptop so it's all around the house.) But I managed to fix it at home in 10 mins, I've repaired it twice now, as I also squashed it in my schoolbag. as the g903 is designed to allow left handed people to use it, making it symetrical and less ergonomic.Īlso, I may have been lucky, but I only ever had a problem with the middle click button on my g502 spectrum. I'd say the G502 lightspeed is better, it's more ergonomic, and you'll already be used to the feel.
